Lock Centre

Excellent service, again, today from the Lock Centre. Same day attention even though it wasn't an emergency, and friendly and helpful as ever. Good customer service like this is a rarity these days and should be treasured. Thank you.

A broken front door lock dealt with so quickly. Staff at The Lock Centre extremely helpful and competent. In this instance and on previous occasions, they've been excellent and really delightful. If the premises looks a little old fashioned, then that is accompanied by the best of old-fashioned, straightforward helpfulness. The price extremely fair for the immediate response (during office hours).

They were able to come next day (Sat morning) to fit a new door lock and service another. He came bang on time, offered good advice and was friendly and knowledgeable and even replaced another lock free of charge! Great service.

I went to one of the big DIY stores to get my locks but was put of by the price. I then went to the 'lock center' and not only did I save £20 on the main lock, but was given good advice about what I needed and how to fit the locks.
It's local shops like this that show how valuable it is to keep them, and not go the the out of town store!
