TAKE CARE AND DO NOT USE!!

Have been in to the store they have a few times over the years, mainly just getting simple DIY bits from their shop and have never had a problem...Until now...

I asked them to change a lock for me and they did, but they did it so badly that I had to call them back to fix it. They really dragged their feet when I explained there was an issue and were not keen to commit to coming to sort it all out. Finally they did.

Cue me taking the day off work to get it all sorted, only for them never to turn up, despite repeated calls and text messages assuring me that they were on their way, no one showed up. I waited for an hour and then had to cut my losses, as it became v clear no one was on their way and even more that no one cared or wanted to help. Really disappointing, had to get another locksmith out to fix, so was essentially charged twice for the same job. Do not use them as locksmiths.
