Returning from euro Disney in December with 3yr old twins and grand parents after a long journey- we were gutted to find we were locked out. A man was with us within 15mins and we were in the house with very little fuss in 10mins. The man even put the old handle back on and made the outer door look secure so that we didn't look vulnerable from outside. We were very relieved and the whole thing was cleared up in the sane time it took for my husband to go and get us all a takeaway!
