This locksmith left the job half completed. My front interior door has holes drilled in it and he failed to return to finish the work. After contacting the owner, profuse apologies were made and numerous promises that he would arrange for everything to be remedied never materialised despite me constantly chasing. The job was tricky to finish and it seems he could not be bothered to put in the effort to complete the job and have a satisfied customer. I will be reporting the matter to trading standards as he still has £100 of my money. Appalling service. Avoid this company.
