I recently purchased a suitcase from there and within a week the inside zip had come off the zip line so I went and contacted the manafacturer straightaway. The manafacturer responded saying that they would offer a refund or exchange.
I then went back to the store and the man was so rude and difficult and refused to accept that it was a manafacturing fault despite the manafacturer accepting liability. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes he is.
I explained the consumer acts to him and he just nodded his head and said you've damaged it so your not getting your money back or a replacement.
I have now contacted the manafacturer who is dealing with the complaint directly.
The man does not know how to look after his customers and is completely rude and arrogant and I do not know how he is still operating a business. Luggage zone, Please review the people that represent your business.

Horribly rude, absolutely disgusting attitude to customers!!! I was shocked! Went after work to get a case I needed for a trip tomorrow and as it is last minute I was prepared to pay the inflated prices they offered. Shop owner was so rude and unwelcoming I just left. Will not spend a penny at a place that lacks basic manners! Avoid!
