We are regular west end shoppers and always find ourselves at this end of town looking for a case.
I have probably bought 20 bags from this shop alone! They are very very friendly and always allow me to exchange the items in case the size is wrong, just as long as I dont take the labels off or wheel it outside.
The staff are overly helpful and go out of their way to make sure we have all we want. And they always remember their customers!
Having bought from many shops, I always come backhere because it is the best luggage shop ive ever been to.

I bought a big rucksack from them for backpacking round Europe - so good I used when I travelled across Australia between Melbourn and Perth - Brilliant.
Oh, that was in 1985. Glad to see they are waiting for my return to ye olde England
