We got seen the next day and our results were available within 10 minutes.
The clinic is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and my GP was amazing.

They have been very professional. After a 20-30 minute chat with the GP, I have been suggested to see an ENT specialist. They wrote a referral & now I am due to see them shortly and will be returning to my GP after.

I was extremely pleased that my results came very fast and did not have to worry for weeks about what I might have. I have been given treatment and after couple of days, my ear infection went away. I am currently managing my anaemia and feeling much better.

I was seen on the same day I called them, the doctor was lovely and welcoming and is clearly an expert in her field, blood results came back in less than 24 hours and my follow up appointment was the same day and prescription given.
I feel so much better and can’t thank them enough for all their help.

I am sorry you have had reason to complain but this really does not sound like our clinic. In addition, we respond to any complaints or issues within 24 hours so I just want to make sure you have the right clinic and if not, please change your review accordingly. If it was our clinic, please do forward a copy of any complaint you made as it was never received.
