Booked cab with this company through website Minicabit-dot-com for an EC3 pick up early hours Sunday morning. Was booked 4 days in advance. Email confirmations received, printed out etc. On the actual night cab never turned up leaving me and my party stranded. When cab office was called, phone was continually hung up, then when answered denied booking existed, then became aggressive, and then finally abusive and laughed "ha, deal with it, no-one's coming". I kid you not. It took us 5 hours to get back home to Kent. Have made an official complaint to TFL. Jokers like these give genuine cab firms a bad name. Please don't give them your money (and Minicabit-dot-com too who have been utterly indifferent about events).

I got a cab from their office and the driver asked for £14, when i said that was excessive he said he would acccept £12 I left the cab as I still thought it too much. I found a black cab and the fair was less than £10.
