I called to arrange a car with them and made it clear to them i have a mini fridge yet waited for confirmation another gentleman pick up the call to say they can't do it.

Very unprofessional drivers with very poor English. When complained to the lady on the phone, she just told me that they don't need my opinion about their drivers at all.
