I recently tried placing a booking over the phone with AAA Cabs, but was met with nothing but rudeness from the operator. I was made to feel like I was just wasting his time and all my questions such as price, etc was met with sighs. Needless to say I didn't make a booking with them and when I said this to the operator, he just slammed the phone down in my ear. I will NEVER use them again! Rudest staff I have come across in a very long time!
