The owner of this place is one of the most rude nasty people I have ever met . Today was the second time I've had to warn him about talking to me so rudeasy. . But then hides in his office when u go to confrent him .

AVOID!!!! I booked a return journey to Stansted Airport. The woman who took us told us the fare was £40 and the return would be £45 and that we had to give her £20 deposit to secure the return journey. We handed over £60. We were collected by a different driver, who was an absolute menace on the road and in my opinion should have to retake his test. When we reached our destination he told us the fare was £65 (which included £10 waiting charge) I told him that was wrong, we were quoted £45 and had already paid the £20 deposit. He phoned the office and the operator was no help at all and said the woman driver had only taken £15 deposit! When I suggested he confirm with her how much she took and what she quoted, he told me she wasn't there and to get our current driver to call her! Absolutely disgusting. I urge anyone not to use this company unless you want very bad customer service and shocking driving.

A good improvement would be for staff in the control office to be educated on general journey times in order to pass this information onto customers rather than guessing. Another improvement would be to have a clear way for complaints to be made and handled.
