I have just used what I can confidently state is the worst cab company I have ever dealt with and will never use them again. The controller was unhelpful, failing to even open the door for me to bring out my two suitcases and the driver was even worse as I was forced to struggle putting my suitcases into and out of his boot. My curt remark of thanking him for his assistance, did nothing to provoke a reaction. Having returned from a country where people bend over backwards to assist, the attitudes of these two unsavoury characters is a sad reminder of the many unpleasant things about this country.
