The gentleman I spoke to had a revolting attitude. Inexplicably rude and abrupt with a short temper.
When he asked for the pickup address, I told him that there was more than one address. Naturally, I didn't have my friend's address memorised so I told him to give me one second. I put him on speaker and checked my phone for the address (that's where people have tended to store information since 2007). Quite literally one second had passed from when I told him to give me a moment, when he yelled that I should get the addresses ready before calling. I was puzzled and explained that I had the addresses ready and I needed to look at my phone to give them to him. He wasn't having it and responded by yelling that I should call back once I have the addresses. I proceeded to again explain that I had them ready on my ph... when he shut the phone in my face, leaving me bewildered and speechless.
There are plenty of other minicab companies to give your money to...
