Absolute disgusting company. Pre booked a taxi early in the week to take us from a wedding reception to our hotel. The venue was quite remote so i called to confirm the booking the day before and 1 hour before pickup. The phone was cut off numerous times before i got through and they confirmed on the night. Sending a text straight after with a booking ref. The taxi never turned up. I checked the app to see if the driver was on the way to find out that my booking had been canceled. By myself apparently, complete rubish. 2 adults and a child were left stranded in the middle of Ockley after midnight. Luckily we managed to fit into a mini bus and be dropped off to our hotel by some other attendes... The driver stated this company was well known for canceling bookings on the app,. ... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. you wil be let down at some point and left to fend for yourself.................
