Orbital Cars

Booked a car on 31/07/2020 for a pick up at Gatwick Airport. I was told various stories as to why the car was late. After 60 minutes the car arrived and I refused to pay the fare.

We used them to get home from Motspur Pk to Lower Morden, he charged £25 (cost us £12 to get there earlier with a different cab firm). The cab was booked for 11.50pm but didn't get picked up until 12.20am. My mum once booked them to meet her at Gatwick Airport - they didn't even turn up. Poor.

fantastic service to and from our destination on Saturday evening. On time, clean cars, safe. Wwhat more could you want?. Excellent and I would recommend them highly.

On Saturday my husband requested a car to take us from travelodge Epson Road to the Tooting & Mitcham Football Club which is in Bishopsford Road, as we were visiting the area we were unaware of the distance involved so paid the £15 00 fare we were asked for. We have now found out the distance is 1.9 miles & think we were overcharged.
