Bats

I was taken to the wrong address and the driver argued that it was the correct address suggesting I don't know where I live. He then called his operator and they both argued that I was in the right place. He showed me their GPS system which was incorrectly showing me we had arrived. Once they realised (after much arguing) that they had made a mistake, he doubled the fare. I refused to pay double after being quoted a price before getting in the cab (ergo entering a contract). He was VERY rude and told me to 'pay the fare or get out the cab'. I informed him of the legal implications and he quickly hung up. The driver then called him back and was instructed to 'get rid of' me very aggressively. This is NOT how you do business. Avoid at all costs. Use 247 cars. Their prices are much better anyway.

I have used this service several times in the last few months and rate them 10 out of 10: for consistently prompt pick up and delivery, use and pricing of shortest distance between locations and their respect and friendliness toward customers - both in person and on the telephone. Thanks Bats.

Really reliable and friendly service. Never had a bad experience with them and really appreciate them getting me home safely every time.

Had the misfortune of driving past 2 Mercedes Bats Cabs parked up for lunch in Twickenham yesterday as the drivers were throwing their lunch rubbish out on the road. Disgraceful.
