Anns Cars

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Rude cab driver, didn’t disclose that, after a pandemic, where majority of services have switched from cash to card, that he only takes cash. Leaves me in danger in the middle of a multi road roundabout after shouting at me for 20 minutes. Absolutely awful experience, please take another service!!!!!

I booked a car the day before an early trip to the airport. At 0415 in the morning there was no sign of the car, no one was answering the phone and they left me without a ride. Luckily I managed to get an Uber and make it just in time. Do not use this company if you need to actually get somewhere. They cannot be trusted and don't even call to explain.

I booked a taxi over their phone 2 weeks in advance to take me from brentford to Gatwick airport. Rang to re confirm a few days before, became a bit concerned as the chap I spoke to could not find my name on the system. He said his system was down but took my details and assured me, my taxi was booked.
That morning , they failed to turn up and I had to resort to ordering a taxi on my Uber app. Thank god for Uber!

DO NOT use this taxi service. We were very badly let down by Ann's Cars on Friday. They sounded very helpful and friendly on the phone but were 25 minutes late collecting us from our hotel which was very stressful and made us very late for our event. They then to FAILED to collect us at the end of the evening - they would not pick up their phones and we were left standing on the street in Brentford at 12.45 in the morning.

Very poor service from Ann's cars. Driver did not know how to get to a street 5 mins from their depot. I felt very nervous and when I rang the depot to say the driver didn't know where he was going they were rude and said it was 'no big deal'. For a woman travelling alone in the eve it is a big deal as the whole point of getting a taxi is to get home safely. Definitely can't recommend.

Good service. Got the cab from luton to brentford last night. Price is good, car was nice. Driver was driving gently ( how it supposed to be)
Would definetely book again or recommend to a friend.

2 stars because they got me where I needed to be. The driver was rude, he didn't know the destination and didn't want to put it in his GPS so I had to direct. He charged me to stop at a cash point which is fine but began arguing with me even though I agreed. He did not listen to my directions and shouted at me for speaking quietly when I used the same tone through out. Disappointing service as it is a cab place near my house. I honestly did not want to pay the man and he intimidated me making me rush from the cab.

I have used Ann's cars for a while now and they have never let me down.
Clean cars, well mannered drivers and great prices.
Would highly recommend.

Very good telephone manners, great price. Nothing to do with other rude companies.

I am a driver who has lived in Brentford twenty years, On the occassions i use cabs, i always find Anns to be cheaper than anywhere else, but with better service and manners than many others in Brentford. I have been conned by a fair few cabs,,, never Anns, I srongly recommend for reliability cost !
