I use them regularly, always friendly and reliable. Many drivers have worked there for years and value their customers

They can improve in at least two ways:
1) Dont keep saying the cab is 5 minutes away. This is guaranteed to annoy a customer after hearing it for 45 minutes.
2) Employ drivers who are polite and friendly, not rude and aggressive.

Underhanded, untrustworthy company demanding increased fairs at the end of the journey , fixed prices given but the held to ransom by theses poor English speaking drivers , company office said there is nothing they can do as all drivers are self employed
