Sales assistants treat the customers as nuisances. They don't seem interested in any way to help the customers. My advice to them is to look for another job if they hate their work so much.

Do not use if you are on are restricted on timescale as they have never managed to get the fit correct and I have had to make several trips back to store that span the duration of 3 - 4 months from order. I have used this company for three suits and on the last occasion I ended up returning to the store 6 times to have adjustments to only find out that it was made incorrectly and another 6 weeks to fix.
Customer service is not in this company's vocabulary and it's highly unacceptable when you consider that this is meant to be a "personal tailoring" service.

Latest update on the exchanged button down check Massimo Dutti shirt, despite the postal dispute it arrived safely 48hrs after being dispatched.

I received a check Massimo Dutti shirt as a birthday present, unfortunately it was to small so I contacted the store in Kensington and they agreed to exchange it by post as I live in Bournemouth. The service offered with regard to the exchange was excellent with a genuine motivation to help, this was customer service of the highest standard.
The only down side is it's now stuck in the POSTAL DISPUTE !!
I'll be lucky if I now get it returned in time for Xmas.
