Some staff can at least try and see to customers in the Canary Wharf branch! Went into store today and walking around for 10min they were chatting amongst themselves and nobody even attempted to help myself and the other 3 customers (unknown to me) in the store. We all walked out soon after.
Ended up going to Westfield branch and received top notch service and made my purchases. Hats off to Westfield branch. I love the Gant clothing range and will travel to the Westfield branch moving forward even tho the Canary Wharf branch is within 10min walking distance from my home.
