Only interested in selling new contracts customer service very poor talk on phone to customer support a lot better !!!

Get a manager who is less like a bull terrier and teach all of them something about customer service. They are rude, aggressive and quite frankly, uninterested in helping anybody unless they can make a commission. I believe that they are not truely EE staff but sub-contractors or similar. It seems that EE have outsourced their retail stores to some monkeys.
If you want anything done, call EE online yourself. Everything I've ever needed to do at this EE store, except buy a standard phone or contract, they have put *me* on the phone to the EE customer service help line to resolve.
