Seriously unhelpful,
I came in with my partner looking to move an account to a new name and to upgrade a pay as you go sim into a phone contract. The man at the front desk greeted us politely enough and then said that I'd get a better deal if I phoned them up or went online, with no other instruction than that. What is the point of your store then?? He could of at least offered to help us navigate the Three centre to find the quickest solution for us. We left feeling that we had wasted our time and it has discouraged us from wanting to visit them again.
