3 Store

I've been a customer with 3 for a while and back in April, my contract was expiring, so I went to the 3 store in Oxford Circus where I left extremely disappointed, messy in information, and I've been jumped from one to another staff member.Anyway, today 8th July at 7p.m., I decided to give another try, I went to the 3 store in Brixton. The store was packed, all the staff busy but everyone so very polite. I've been served by Dwaine and he took the time and the effort to explain me all the different plan and option. But what really amazed me is the fact, he kindly helped me with the setting of the phone and he left half an hour after his shift, making sure I was not panicking.Dwain and all the staff is going the extra mile to make sure we customers receive the proper and efficient customer service.
