TX Phone Shop

Went into here to get my screen fixed for iPad, they said it would take 3 hours so waiting around. When I went back it was in pieces and they said the lcd was broken also. Worked fine before I took it in. We agreed a price ( which they didn’t honour as what am I going to do with an iPad in bits). when I eventually collected it smelt of glue and after a week, a black strip appeared on the screen. All these guys want to do is argue with you and try and get out of it. Warranty means nothing to them and I will be reporting to trading standards, hopefully the 2 guys in the shop can see the error of their ways and stop scamming people. Look at other reviews before using these. I stupidly made a schoolboy error

claimed they put a new battery in the phone. After 4 days the phone stopped working, went back, they then said it was water damage. The phone is showing signs of life, but the battery they replaced will not hold charge. They also refuse to replace the battery or give a full refund. They claim there is a 3 months warranty but that too is false.

If you care about your personal data and identity theft avoid those clowns. While I left my phone for repairs they loged in to my google account and left them self a 5 stars review.
