They are a total ripoff, I bought a laptop which was very much recommended by he shop owner with a one year guarantee. In 5 month the battery is dead. I visited them and their feedback was lyrically IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM.
The guy immediately became very rude and provocative with only one goal in his head. Make me leave at no additional cost.
