Master Phone Repair

Took my daughters phone in on 4 different occasions the first was to get the screen fixed which then left the speaker muffled asked them to rectify the issue with the speaker as it was their fault and he was using sticky tape to hold it in place and it still didn't sound good. the guy kept telling me oh but it sounds better then before and really didn't want to fix the problem. ended up in a huge argument with the guy I asked for a refund as the screen wasn't placed on properly and was coimg away at the top to which he replied the screen is his and he wanted to take it off and leave the phone with no screen. The guy was extremely rude and cleary has no proper customer service skills. The only thing he kept offering me was to buy a new phone off him. I bought this phone back in march off this shop and he couldn't even fix it properly
