A Nightmare Experience with Laptop Repair Service"

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Fones4u in mile end customer service for laptop repair, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, communication was abysmal – trying to get updates on the status of my laptop felt like pulling teeth.

The representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about the repair process. It was evident that they were reading from a script, providing generic responses without addressing my specific concerns. It felt like dealing with robots rather than human beings who genuinely cared about my situation.

To make matters worse, the estimated repair time provided was wildly inaccurate. What was promised to be a quick turnaround turned into weeks of frustration, from the 7th of December 2023 to the 26th of January.There where no Follow-up calls so I had to go to the shop in person 5 times.

To add insult to injury, I was informed that the technicians were unable to fix the problem and offered no concrete explanation as to why.

In summary, Fones4u inability to fix my laptop coupled with their poor communication and ineffective customer service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly caution others against entrusting their valuable devices to this company, as the experience has been nothing short of a costly and aggravating ordeal.
