I VE BEEN TOLD NOT A PROBLEM BY 2 MEMBERS OF STAFF.
I WENT TO THE STORE TO PAY AND COLLECT BUT I VE BEEN TOLD THAT NOT ONLY THE LCD HAS TO BE CHANGED BUT THE CONNECTOR TOO, AND ADVISE TO COME BACK THE SECOND DAY.
BEEN BACK AND TOLD ME THAT WASN T READY YET AND TO CALL IN BEFORE COLLECTION.
3 WORKING DAYS AFTER MY LAST VISIT I VE BEEN GIVEN MY FIXED PHONE BACK AND ONCE PAID THE AGREED £85.00 I VE BEEN TOLD THAT BECAUSE THE PHONE HAD WATER INSIDE, THE WARRENTY WOULD ONLY BE LASTING 28 DAYS.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TIME TO SAY WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS AN OUT OF ORDINARY RIGHT.
AFTER 20 DAYS MORE OR LESS THE LCD STOP WORKING AGAIN AND NOT ONLY.........NEEDED TO REINSTALL THE SYSTEM WITH I TUNE.
FOR THE 1ST TIME SINCE I VE GOT MY PHONE I COULDN T RESTORE THE SETTINGS AS ALL I COULD DO WAS TO RESET IT TO THE ORIGINAL SETTINGS AND ONCE TRIED APPLE MESSAGE SAID.ERROR 28.

I DID BRING MY PHONE BACK IN AND WHEN READY TO PICK IT UP THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE S NOTHING NO ONE CAN DO BECAUSE IT IS SOMETHING ELSE THAT I CANNOT REMEMBER WHAT , THAT IS FAULTY NOW BECAUSE ONCE WATER GETS INSIDE THE PHONE EVEN ONCE OPEN AND PROPARLY DRY, WATER HAS ALREADY DAMAGED WHATEVER PARTS IT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT TO.
HE TOLD ME THAT THE LCD AND THE CONNECTOR HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND ARE FINE BUT THE WATER REALLY MADE THE DAMAGE.
SO I WANNA KNOW NOT BEEN FIXING PHONE AS PROFESSION WHY ON ANYONE OPINION THE LCD STOPPED WORKING IF ITS FINE.
AND I ASKED FOR A REFOUND IN EXCHANGE OF MY FONE WIHT NEW LCD AND CONNECTOR.
I VE BEEN TOLD NO SIR WE DO NOT DO REFOUND
I VERBALLY COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT I AM A CLIENT AND THEY ARE PROVIDING A REPAIRING SERVICE AND THEY R THE PROFESSIONALS ABOUT PHONE, NOT ME
I SHOUL HAVE BEEN ADVISED ABOU THE RISKS OF FIXING A PHONE THAT HAD WATER IN IT AS I DON T KNOW,I DO DIFFERENT KIND OF JOB,GOT ONLY £ 45.00 BACK BUT I VE BEEN SCUMMED.

Had for 2 months. Sent to wrong person. Told me constantly they had sent back to me had not.
Terrible service. Would never use them again.
Would not advise useage.
