Overcharging and Verbally Abusive!

I'm surprised by the concerning and unprofessional behavior I experienced at Jupiter Phone Shop. The Afgani male staff member was verbally harassing and inappropriate to me by pressuring me for my personal contact details and also displayed a lack of regard for customer service by intentionally delaying the repair process with excuses. The initially agreed price of £30 suddenly increased to £45 when I stood my ground and refused to share my phone number, with the technician unjustifiably claiming the need for extra parts. It is deeply sad to witness such bold behavior from individuals who seem unaware of the standards expected within the UK business environment. My experience at Jupiter Phone Shop was not only disheartening but deeply unsettling, and I strongly advise others to avoid such unacceptable establishments!
