I needed a cheap phone for my time in London, as I live abroad. The phone I found on the website was not available in the store, but the staff ordered it for me and asked me to pop by the following day, after 2 pm, to pick up the merchandise.
I came back the following day around 5 pm. The store was closed, so tried ringing the number. Suddenly, the staff (Laurence) appeared, opened the doors and apologized for the closure. He remembered my name, and the product I had to pick up. He alse seemed genuinely concerned as to whether I had been waiting outside a long time.
Laurence (I have no idea if I am spelling his name properly), placed my battery and SIM card into the phone and even attempted speaking in French when he heard I was from Paris.
A ruddy good service, which would put Parisians to shame!
