Chytel Communications

I have been a customer of chytel communication for the last 10 yrs. The service which they have given me is excellent, that is why I keep on going back there every year. If you want a friendly service 'go to chytel and see a chap called Shah' he will provide you with an excellent service.

This company does not listen to their existing customers, employs incompetent staff who cannot communicate product information practically or clearly.

The overall management are very polite but fail to meet the needs of the customer. I am one of many who have had a terrible experience with Chytel. They appear to be rather clueless when selling products or explaining their errors.

The shop sits next to many telecommuncation business's i am sure their branch looks inviting hence why people visit but once staff open their mouth, very confused and no product knowledge....frm more then 1 staff... Shut down and do us all a favour.!!
