I have paid to upgrade my phone early and it is STILL in the hands of the o2 store as it has taken 2 days to "download the new software". Surely a phone and network company should have sufficient wifi to support this? Dont bother with this store.

By answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. When some one did eventually answer the phone and I told them them how long I waited they just laughed at me!!!!

This store is a joke. Have never managed to reach them over the phone and some of the staff are not particularly service minded and one woman was playing Candy Crush Saga clearly visibly when the shop was quite full of customers in need of help.

I agree with the previous post, I tried to call them many times to find out the closing times but no answer. I would imagine this information should be on the website.

I have tried to call them repeatedly - the line just rings until it goes dead.
All I want to know is what time they close and they do not have this information on their website either.
Not a customer oriented organisation by the looks of things.......

They don't answer their phone and the store doesn't open until 10.30 am then join the queue.
