Contractor Mortgages, didn't even know they existed until I spoke to these guys. I couldn't believe it when I learned that I could be assessed om my contract rate. I highly recommend C&F mortgages if you're a contractors. speak to John Yerou.

They arranged a contractor mortgage for me with Halifax at 1.89% fixed for 2 years. I got the mortgage offer in under a week and completed my mortgage after 3 weeks. Amazing!

Got turned down by HSBC and Abbey, at the point of giving up. Really happy I found them on the internet, sorted me out with a great mortgage and with only one years accounts. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I think this is the same company that arranged my mortgage a year ago. They also go under the name of Mortgage Quest and Freelancer Financials.

Great outfit, help me get round a complicated problem. I had only been contracting for a few months through my Company, but they still managed to help me by using my contract rate and bank statements.

I spoke to a guy called Robin Black, who was extremely helpful. Highly recommend them.
