Been using them for nearly 20 years, bought from them 3 Piaggio scooters and a Suzuki. they are honest, professional, friendly and always helpful. Great people who knows what they are doing.
Even now that I am living other side of London I book in for service and MOT.Hope they will be there for ever.

Chelsea scooters are a great place to deal with. Frequently hectic with activity they always give you their best. It does feel like a family run firm, I've no idea if it is or not. You never feel ripped off - I've even phoned with engine problems and they helped me over the line not bad!

Chelsea Scooters are literally right across the road from my house but even then I would use them if I had ride for 30 minutes.
They are honest, good, old fashioned mechanics who know their trade and do an excellent job.
They're not the cheapest Vespa repairer in London but arguably the best. Labour rates are reasonable and parts prices don't appear to be hiked up with a service margin.
Drop your scooter off first thing in the morning and they will usually have it ready for you by the same afternoon.
My only regret will be when I upgrade from the Vespa that they might not be able to service my next bike. However they are a Suzuki dealer so maybe I should buy a Suzi!

The chelsea scooters were very helpful and reasonably priced to fix my three mobility scooter tyres. I am very grateful, as they were marvellous and did it at short notice. many thanks
