Scooter Store International

I am only writing this review because I totally disagree with the comments in the previous review. I have just bought my second Yamaha Vity 125cc from this shop, the first is 2 years old and I use it every day. As my wife needs one for her new job we have just bought another.

They have been looking after my first bike since new and it has never caused me any problems. All services have been done very quickly, always on time and fairly priced. Whilst I agree that sometimes the staff are a little rough around the edges, I don't go to a motorbike shop expecting swiss finished service staff. What I do want is expert advice, fair prices and good afterservice, all of which are always delivered by albeit slightly blunt, but experienced and knowledgable employees.

I do however agree that the language experienced by the last reveiwer is unacceptable, but I would get over it for the service I have received. Will definitely be going back once I decide to upgrade my city runabout for a proper bike.

I Would never use this shop again, twice they lost my documents and when my scooter was serviced I had to ask them to return the wing mirrors and other attachments, i first went into this shop to buy a helmet, i was left waiting while they chatted about another customer who " was a C***"
I have never felt 'valued' as a customer. I hope you have a better edperience if you use them
