The service here is appalling!! I called up to view a bike and was told to come in on a certain day. I came from out of the area only to be told the person who asked me to go there was not even in the shop!! Complete waste of my time and money! I would not recommend this shop AT ALL!!

This company came highly recommended to me by my instructor when I was doing the knowledge. That was in 2015.. since then I've regularly brought my Honda Dylan in to them for the MOT and servicing and I've had no problems at all. I've dealt with a few people so far and everyone has supplied a good service. When I eventually get another Honda Fireblade I'll be happy for these professionals to look after my pride & joy. I recommend this company to all users of powered two wheelers. The friendly service and the expertise put these guys head and shoulders above the competition.

I have been using Bill Bunn's for a couple years now for MOT and some servicing work on my Triumphs.
Always helpful, reasonable prices and trustworthy.
Even helped me with a punctured tyre with immediate service when I was on my way to a ferry. Did it within an hour, I made my ferry!
Great people, great service.

I had been driving a 2 stroke Vespa PX for 13 years and decided I needed to move on to something that would stay on the road when I braked in the wet so went in to Bill Bunn as they were local to me. They couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring to a rather apprehensive motorcycle newbie and also gave me a very fair trade in for my rather tired old PX. I came away with a 2003 reg 600cc Honda Hornet which had been fully serviced and made ready as it looked in almost showroom condition. The bike has been running perfectly since I picked it up and I couldn't be happier.

I got a puncture on the way to work. Just made it to Bill Bunn's. They weren't even open yet - but got it up on the ramp straight away - had a look - told me what the problem was - told me the cheapest fix, and told me to go and have a coffee! Less than 30 minutes later got the call - all done! I cannot recommend them highly enough- great attitude - great customer service. Thanks Max - much appreciated

Excellent quality of service and a great team with a wealth of knowledge and experience!

I brought my first bike from them and I am thrilled with it. They took their time to make sure it was all sound before I rode it away. They also helped settle my mind over some minor adjustments that needed to be made.

An honest friendly dealer that I would recommend to anyone. It was a pleasure - I will be back again!

Fantastic service from a highly motivated and enthusiastic team. My Piaggio Xevo failed its MOT due to shockingly worn steering bearings. The parts arrived and were fitted well before I needed to get back on the scooter. And as they'd done the work there was no charge for the second MOT. A good result from an honest crew.

I cannot praise all the staff at Bill Bunn Motorcycles enough, I purchased a fantastic 1977 Honda XL125 from them over a week ago as a present for my brother to be presented yesterday 26/10/14 which was running perfect, on the Saturday morning 25th I tried to start it and could not get it going, I phoned Bill and he asked me to bring it back to the shop which I did, all his staff and customers all pulled together to sort the problem which was a break in coil, Max worked a miracle in sorting it out, now that is what I call customer service which you dont get nowadays,

My tyre needed changing due to a puncture, i asked for a quote and they said £95, other mechanics charge around the same price but generally £5-10 cheaper. Overpriced.
I asked them to tell me when they would do the job and they weren't sure, so i provided my number and asked them to call me when before starting. I said, do not fix anything else other than the tyre, as i can't afford much more. i returned the following day as i had not received a call, the job was done at it cost me £110. i asked if there were any complications, they said no. I had been ripped off.

I would like to highly recommend Bill Bunn Motorcycles. They're great at what they do and always ready to offer a solution or suggestion, no matter how drastic the problem. I've used them for the entire time I've had bikes in West London and I've never had a bad experience from them. If something goes wrong after they've done some work, they're always very fair and have refused to charge for re-repairs, even when it's the fault of the part rather than their work. Excellent service- went in there today to have my side stand welded and repaired. They did a lovely job and only charge me £30!! Really impressed considering a job like that would have taken me a couple of hours. Friendly too

I've used Bill Bunn for about 10 years and have always found the whole team to be great. Fair prices, knowledgeable staff and excellent work. Today they've fixed my ageing Fazer and the final bill was less than the quote. I can't recommend them too much. Long may they prosper because they deserve to.

I have just had my Hayabusa repaired by the team. They are great professionals, very reliable who know their stuff. The most important is that they are really honest with the customer and they will not charge you more than what you need to pay to have the job done. Very rare in London!

I have used Bill Bun M/C's since 1999 now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are a hard working, friendly bunch of people. I have had a GSX750, Honda CBR1100R, a GSX1300 Hayabusa, and they have treated them as if they were their own: excellent!

I have used Bill Bunn for a few years, they are friendly, well-informed and go out of their way to be helpful.

When my bike suffered a sprocket casing crack following a chain break, they patched it up and put it back together by welding and making do. Another bike shop would have simply marked the bike as a write off owing to the expense of replacing the genuine parts. Bill Bunns essentially rescued the bike.

On another occasion, when another shop had failed to put the speedo cable back together after replacing the chain/sprocket causing the speedo to not work, Bill Bunns fixed it free of charge when the other shop refused to accept their mistake and instead wanted to charge me £57 plus vat plus labour for a new speedo cable.

I trust these guys, they know bikes, they don't try to rip you off, even though I don't work in Ealing any more and I have to travel 30 mins to get there, I still use them. Having a bike mechanic you can trust is pure gold dust.

First time motorcycle rider and was in need of M.O.T. a.s.a.p. Bill the owner (for forty years) fitted my bike in within a days notice. Thankfully it passed first time. On collecting the bike, Bill explained that the front headlight needed adjusting, the battery needed charging and that there was a few minor faults to ensure a pass. All these were done by Bill, free of charge. You dont get that often these days. Well done bill and expect more business from my colleagues in the London Fire Brigade. I shall be putting you on the brigade web site ,recommending your business.

Being a female motorcyclist, one of the lovely things was that nobody in the shop batted an eyelid and treated me like any other motorcyclist. A rarity. Me and my husband have used Bill Bunn for 3 years now for all our bikes and they are superb. Very helpful and friendly. Never had any issues with the bike MOts or repairs either.

I have used BB a number of times and only have positive things to say about them. good quality, timely mechanical work and a friendly bunch to me. Not sure how the first commenter had such a bad experience but I can honestly say that the staff there are helpful and friendly.

I have had MOTs done there, general mechanical work and also dropped in for advice and random bolts/fuses which they happily provided to me for a very cheap price.

I am very happy putting my bike in there as I know that it will come out in a legal and roadworthy condition.

great collection of classic bikes in the shop too (not for sale though, but good to look at whilst waiting!)
