I bought my first motorbike, which I love.
Unfortunately, when bike was delivered I only found out that the top case haven't got a key! No one told me otherwise for nearly a week after I've put the deposit down.
Contacted them many times, been told that they are looking what can be done and after weeks of waiting, after I called them, been told that I have no right to any compensation of any kind!
Bad costumer service!
