I left item in this shop for over 4weeks
I was told item should be repaired in 2weeks ,

After 4 weeks and many calls I removed my item from the shop

To be told my deposit will not be refunded.
Item not repaired
£50 out of pocket ,
Nice doing Business with ya!!

Took item to another place all sorted in 7 days now that’s service !!!

I would not recommend this shop !!!

AVOID! If i could give them a 0 star I would. I gave them speaker/amp/power box set to fix, gave them a deposit and they gave me a time frame.
Not only did they not call me within that time frame, they dragged out the whole process without giving a clear answer on if it was being fixed or when it would be done. In the end they couldn't fix it and had no proof that the engineer had even looked at it. I had to take back the speaker/amp/power box set and they refused to give me back my deposit. A waste of time and money and the definition of poor customer service
