Happy Nails

The word disgusted, doesn't cover it. It's Wednesday and I had my nails done last Thursday. First time, after consistently going to the Nail Stop next to NX station... massive mistake. More expensive, for starters. The woman kept moving my fingers aggressively. She didn't remove the previous gels properly, as there were still red bits on my nails and I can still see it round the edges now (the previous gel was bus red) - I did say something before she started the new gel but only removed the 'bits/dots' off one nail. As I said, its been 6 days, I have red bits around the edges and god knows what underneath, the cuticles were done so badly there are bits and pieces done. I had bits of the new gel on my skin surrounding my nails that hadn't been removed. & 6 days later, I have to get them redone as they are coming off. I am in two minds whether to let them know!? My gels normally last around 3 weeks. Not at all happy.

I've been twice recently for a pedicure and have had good experiences both times. The polish was still looking pretty perfect after 2 weeks which I think is amazing given that when I do it myself it's starting to chip after 5 days. They do a really good scrub too - my main reason for going- I leave with very soft feet. Overall a relaxing and very good value experience.

I find the service very efficient - I go for gel manicure regularly and it always lasts 2-3 weeks, is never uneven or lumpy, and is removed without using a drill, much better than other places I have been. My only bugbear is their timekeeping as they have a tendency to overbook and keep you waiting sometimes.

I went to happy nails for a shellac manicure, sadly it really wasn't up to scratch. It was rushed, uneven and grew out really badly (peeling!!) For £25 I was pretty disappointed, I def won't be returning.

I have been to this shop many times as I live local there service is very poor they are always in a rush I had to wait 30 min or more even with appointment the manager needs to get more staff so clients can get good service there are only 2 member of staff on a busy times, my nails never lasted for more than a week when I get it done at happy nails because they are in a rush I wouldn't send my friends and family there unless service improves not worth paying anything for there service.

I have been there a couple times and they are always on rush. The service is poor and few times I had had to fix their job for myself. I don't recommended at all.

I have been a few times. Honestly, the service is poor, they are trying to get as much client possible, two times already back home and I have had fix for myself "their job". Don't recommend it ever

I am a long standing loyal customer at Happy Nails and have been since the shop opened.
The staff are all friendly especially Amy and Hung ( pinky)
Mostly I will have An appointment for a pedicure,infills or full set and on occasions I have just walked in and asked if they can fit me in, which I have never been turned away.I visit the shop 3 times a month for these treatments. I have had to wait on a few occasions to be seen when I've had an appointment but the staff are very apologetic for the wait but I have been there when some customers have been very rude to the staff when they shouldn

Had a mani pedi here, the staff were efficient, friendly and thorough. My mani pedi lasted much longer than usual, only had to clear my fingernails after 5 days or so, pedi still going strong!

I will be going back and am happy to support a local business

The treatments and pricing are good. However their appointment system is useless as you frequently have to wait at least 30 mins after your time. They should look to improve this as unless you have plenty of time to spare it proves very stressful.
