Nails In The Park

I wouldn’t waste your time or money, I waited an hour and a half in a boiling hot room. Many people came in without an appointment and got served before I was even spoken acknowledged. The wrong colour was put on my nails and the nail technician had an attitude when I voiced my concerns.

PLEASE save your money and DO NOT go to this nail salon. I don't often write reviews but I feel strongly about sharing this with the public to save you from wasting your money and having a horrible experience.

I have been to this salon a few times in the hope the experience was a one off but unfortunately it definitely is not. There is no point in booking an appointment, I waited 50 minutes to be seen, they didn't even say sorry! The staff are unfriendly and the tools are not sterilised. They charge people different prices to try to be cheeky and get extra money from you if you look like you won't challenge it. A lady whilst I was there even came in to complain to the manager that one of the staff had said the prices had gone up and charged them more when they hadn't. The manager is unprofessional and greedy, he will say yes to walk ins at the expense of people who had appointments so they end up having to wait even though they have booked in advance. The quality of the nails are poor, as they are rushing to try to get as many people done in a day. I had to keep telling the manager to remember to keep putting the gel light on for my nails as he wasn't even focusing, he was looking at the bookings, at his watch, basically everywhere else but my nails. The salon itself is very dirty, you can see old food out where the staff have eaten and just left it on the side. I am confident if this nail salon was expected, it would be shut down.

Today was the final time, that the salon will ever see me again and I am disappointed that I even returned in the first place. DO NOT waste your time. There are plenty of other nail shops in the area that offer a much better experience and the quality of their service is miles better.

Love nails in the park! Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They often stay open past their closing time to accommodate their customers. I am always super pleased when I leave, the staff are very skilled and competent and willing to try so many designs. Since going to nails in the park I have not been anywhere else - and have tried MANY different nail shops in Romford 5*****

i booked for a pedicure for my daughter and I. We were able to be worked on at the same time, as there were two staff available. Tea and coffee and drinks were offered, the chair massaged as they worked on the feet. Massive selection of colours and very good treatment of the feet. I will def be going back, for pedicure again and will get my hands done at the same time.

I had no appointment and got seen to straight away. Provided a friendly and professional service. Pedicure was done really well. Had a great choice of nail varnish colours. Also give you a stamp card, so every time you have a treatment you get a stamp which will gets you a % off your bill.
