I use USA nails (Battersea Rise) all the time have done for years ... the staff are helpful and friendly 😊 ... although I usually make appointments I sometimes just walk in either way I get the same service ...

Worst customer service ever!! Rude and Horrible speaking shit about customers in Vietnamese. I had acrylics done there and after a week and a half two acrylics fell off and my nails were chipped and the service was very rushed when I redid it and the lady doing it looked pissed. They didn’t even apologise or anything and also said they’d charge me to repaint my nails even though they were chipped because of them and their rushy service. It was terrible and I’m never going there again. Would highly not recommend. Also very unclean they didn’t even change the cover/ towels on the table where you put your hands on and that table cover was full of dead skin and looked grim. And they didn’t clean my nails properly before applying the manicure or the acrylic set and just casually painted over my previous manicure and when I asked about it they said it will go away by time?! Truly shocking people I don’t know how they’re still operating and they asked me to pay beforehand because apparently they didn’t want me to get my nails messed up. They’re a joke.

The kindest people and a very professional service. I came in very late and all the staff staged past closing time to accommodate me. They even helped me pick colors. A truly friendly team, will excellent customer service and also a great price. Really couldn't recommend more for a regular nail salon. They also do a great loyalty card system. Would genuinely recommend to everyone

I would just like to say I stumbled upon this place and decided to walk in because it wasn't that busy. Me being a man I was unsure.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome.
I sat down and thought to myself this is a nice place, the staff were friendly made me think, why are there not more people in here.
As soon as I thought that the shop was bombarded with women queuing up next thing I knew the place was jam packed.
So it wasn't just me that think this place is a good place to come it's just that when I came it was a quiet time of the day.
I highly recommend USA star nails to any man and woman.
I would go back again and again.

Ming & his colleague were stars they were closing but I was able to get my toe nails & fingernails painted, a pair of flip flops were thrown in to wear home.They were both friendly & helpful, will definitely visit again.

USA star nail Clapham junction. Worst service I have ever received! Staff don't care about customers only care about money. Would advise staff to adjust their attitude as it is a Cudtomer facing role! Bad attitude all around and makes what should be a relaxing nice experience horrible.

I went here for a shellac pedicure and they did it quite messily. I have got home and found bits of paint on my feet and that they did not cut my toenails evenly. This is my second time back here, and I have found that both times there has been some sloppy painting. I also agree that the communication issues don't help.

i have lovely manicure in this salon.the salon is easy to find, beautiful and very clean,staff was really friendly and chatty and makes you feel right at home.l'm really fussy about my nails and always want them to be 100% perfect, which they definitely are,l would definitely recommend her and will be booking myself in for my next manicure

Really good nail salon. First time using them and had a great experience. The place is nicely set out and had plenty of staff so no one was kept waiting. Clean and tidy facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. Both manicure and pedicure shellacs done very well and at a reasonable price.
I have been to many other nail bars around clapham and I would say this has been the best one. Would recommend! :)

Had a shellac pedicure and fullset gel powder here.
My pedicure was done with precision and was very relaxing. My full set was done so it looked very natural not thick like other nail shops in the area.
The atmosphere here is very friendly. Very good first impression of the shop and I will be back for sure!!

Went for a shellac pedicure. The salon was overcrowded and the pedicure was rushed. At the end, there were sections of my toenails that hadn't been painted, and there was polish on my skin.
I realized how bad it looked when I got back so I went back the next day to ask them to sort it. At first they were rude but when I showed them my nails, they admitted they were bad. They redid them really nicely but again the service was rude and she scrubbed so hard my big toe started bleeding and scarred up for the next week.
Credit to them for redoing it but I wouldn't go back.

The girl who did my nails didn't even say hello to me or introduce herself, in fact, she didn't really speak to me at all, not even to explain what she wanted me to do (she just switched on the uv lamp and assumed that I knew when I needed to put my hand in). When at the end she did speak to me it was to make a personal, and frankly unnecessary, comment about me having braces on my teeth.
I left really quite upset about the whole experience, es

I had heard good things about USA Star Nails from my work colleague had gone there to have their nails done. Few days ago my sister and I saw USA STAR NAILs sale online with Group on, I bought one for me and 3 more for for my sister and friends, after try them services we all happy. Customer services excellent, people kind and friendly willing to help and given advice, they are really take time to provide the good services that is few places I try before never have. I would recommend everyone to try them

Very unclean, feet were red from water being too hot and dirty, after spending 2hrs I only had dead skin removed from my feet and when questioned I was told they can do a mani and pedi within 15 mins when I paid for a 2hr treatment.Very rude and offensive manager who refused to cooperate.

I am a regular customer and I have been coming to USA Star Nails for over 6 years, my two sisters and all of my friends also coming there. WE always enjoy the services and never experience any problems there. The staff are lovely, friendly, polite and very professional. Me and my friends have been try few other place in Clapham and Battersea, but the USA Star Nails is the BEST in this area. I woud recomend evebody

I have had my nail done nearly 10 year at few place in Lanvernder Hill, I did not know the USA Star Nail, until recently other shop close I went to Google to find out this shop. I would say this people are really really nice, friendly, they were not rushing me like other shop does. I will not go any where else. I would suggest people to come here this is a place to have your nails done.

The rudest salon ever. I cancelled my session because of personal problem and rang them to tell them so (at least 48hours before. They pretended they couldn't understand what i was saying, told me they couldn't do anything, that they had no availability until june on staurdays. I argued of course, and told them nicely the situation. The man huff on the phone, then raised his voice and told me he wouldn't serve me,that i should ask for a refund at Groupon. Then he insulted me and finally hang up on me. I couldn't believe it. My advice DON'T GO THERE !

Had groupon voucher for pedicure and manicure with opi gel... pedicure done nicely, but manicure.... they didint cut my cuticules and when i asked for them to be cut guy made a big fuss about it! they made my nails very thick and they havent filed them propely so I've spend an hour at home making them look more natural and thinner!!! Place is very crowded and need a good clean and fresh up. Don't expect miracles when u go there... They can't speak english!!!!!

Went for a full set of acrylics done, though have been before, and I must say that every time I go I am very pleased with the service and quality of the service I get. I will continue to use USA Star Nails for as long as I am living in the area.

I went here on a Saturday morning and got a full set of acrylic nails with white tips. The salon is crowded and 2/3 staff are men, English is not great but the nails are good and cheap. £20 for a full set in about 40 mins, have had them for 3 weeks now and still really good.
If you dont mind the atmosphere not being so glam and just want nice nails, then its a good place!
