Vi's Nails

When my pedicure was done, I’ve noticed some cuticles around the toenails still needed to be cut as they looked dry, but the man refused saying he already cut it. So they just put oil on it. I paid and didn’t say anything. But I won’t be coming back

Had a lovely experience at Vi's Nails. The service was excellent and my manicure lasted for 4 weeks and as for my pedicure which was done on the 3/9/2022 is still looking good.

Please avoid at all cost. I had the most HORRENDOUS manicure experience of my LIFE YESTERDAY! The pedicure which was done by the older male was good, however took FOREVER. The lady who did my manicure was AWFUL! She then proceed to blame me for her HORRENDOUS JOB as I had my headphones in.! The gel polish is already peeling and it has been one day. Need I say anything more? It might be cheap but please avoid. I now need to get this taken off as it looks like my 3 year old niece could do a better job.

HORRENDOUS AND AVOID

I am a regular at Vi’s nail shop. They are excellent at all things nails and it’s great value for money. But it is not the place to get pampered. I want my nails done quickly, really well every two weeks - and cheaply. Vi is perfect!

One of the ladies are extremely rude which is a pity as the rest are lovely. She moaned and made me sit uncomfortably as I have a high bridge, which means my toes bend up slightly. This inconvenienced her as she doesn’t want to adjust her chair. And embarrassed me in front of staff and customers.

After I complained that I was not enjoying my experience she was really rough with my pedicure.

Not sure if she had a bad day but I don’t pay for someone to upset my day.

Sucks as it was convenient location for me.
