Booked an appointment more than a week in advance and she called me to see if I could come early. I couldn't and then got a text just before my appointment saying that she had taken another appointment so was running 15 minutes late. I still arrived on time only to be told she would take me an hour after my appointment time. Really disappointing and rude service
