l would to say the service is poor I have three bad experiences
They done have there regularly who are given best treatment and others they treat bad.

I am in my fifty's and have never written a review in my life, but my experience here has prompted me to do this. I have attended here three times, the first time, not overly impressed the second time was better, but the attended this week, the young girl never once looked at me, never spoke to me shouted over me in her own language thought was rude but never mind. However she had taking my old shellac off and painted my nails in under 15 minutes which I thought was a bit rushed, however at the end where ever I have been they wipe the residue off and I asked her quite nicely are you going to do this, she laughed in my face and said and said don't need to, I said the last lady did and pointed at the lady that done my nails before she again just looked at me and laughed, I just got up and left and would never ever return, there was only a couple of people in there so it does not look like they can loose customers. They customer skills are zero and would advise no one to attend

In general they are not bad, but I would suggest not to use their DND Shellac. I paid £30 for Shellac manicure and 2 days later most of my nails chipped. Not happy at all.

Been to a few nail salons around Notting Hill and I must say, this place is the best so far. Despite the size of the salon, it is a pretty, girly and friendly place. The interior is absolutely lovely and makes me feel like a princess when getting my nails done. The quality of the nails without a doubt is by far the best as far as I'm concerned. Being a shy, timid person that I am, I have never once felt uncomfortable while getting my nails done as the girls working there are very friendly.

Overall my experience there was very excellent, I would highly recommend this place!

Customer service - I received a under arm wax during my lunch break, I wanted to pay by card as I had no cash but they wanted me to pay £2 extra for paying by card, I let them know that they should have let me know this before because by going to the bank I would be late to get back to work , the alleged manager replied back to me in a very rude manner, saying 'not my problem ' , I was shocked , she started to argue with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I am a local resident and will never be going here again.
