I’ve been going here for years. Impeccable well shaped manicures, cheap, busy and can do drop ins although you’ll have to wait if you go at peak times. And Sam always gives me Vietnamese sweets to distract me from my ticklish feet. 💗🤷🏻‍♀️

Need to improve attitudes towards customers

I love this place. It's not a luxury experience so don't go here for a 'spa' type treatment. But it does the job, good quality (my shellac nearly always lasts 3 weeks), and it's only £20 for shellac manicure (no extra charge for taking off shellac first). I've been coming here every 3 weeks for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! They will always serve you as a walk in customer in my experience, even if they're supposed to be closing. You might have to wait a bit in busy times, or jump to the front of the queue by booking.

Very bad experience. Took 45 mins longer than they said, despite me asking how long it would take, and partly because they kept serving new customers while I was sitting with nails half done. Charged me for a manicure that I didn't have. Very rude.
