Cockfosters Nails

I had a Pedicure and acrylic nails done, I was charged £96.00!!! That is ridiculous, I didn’t get a receipt or an explanation (breakdown) for why it was so expensive for mediocre nails! I’ve paid less in central London I was expecting no more the £70.00 but £96.00 please avoid this place.

When I didn’t have cash to pay as they only accept cash or bank transfer which I wasn’t about to do the manager told me to leave my phone in there to go get money at the cash machine because she was worried I may not come back to pay!!!!! REALLY!

Not even 10 days in 1 nail broke off already!! When I called they said they only fix free of charge within 7 days!! Lol I was away for wedding.

STAY AWAY!! There are better more reasonable places elsewhere.

Today I turned up for infills and a pedicure. I was told to log in (very professional) - chose a colour and was seated promptly. Tina was very friendly and did a fast great job on my nails. The pedi was the best I have ever had (and I’ve had loads)! Spotlessly clean - hygienic - professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Tina you did a great job - Kim you painted my pink nails beautifully. Will definitely come back. Very friendly. 5 stars.

They are pretty rude in this salon. They get quite angry at you if you ask questions. I like how they do my nails but I dread going in there.

Turned up to my appointment on time to be told that they were running late, which I completely understood. After waiting 45 mins, the person doing my nails were largely unfriendly. They gave very unclear instructions by mumbling everything.

A lot of other customers were treated with much more respect that I was meg with, and it made me feel very unwelcome and crated a very hostile atmosphere.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year because it is the only one in Cockfosters. I have observed them being rude to customers on several occasions and they have been rude to many a time. Today I had enough. I booked an appointment which I was 4 minutes late for. They had started doing someonelse's nails and hwne I asked how long I would have to wait, one of the staff started pointing her finger at me and saying 'you late! you late! so no ask how long' She was raising her voice and her facial expressions were so angry. I just walked out and will never go back here again. Terri

I have found the nail spa to be a very professional group of people who go about their work in a calm and pleasant atmoshere .
My nails have always looked brilliant since I started using the spa.
I can highly recommend their services to anyone.
