This was a horrible experience the nails did not come out how I expected them to look. The guy was multitasking between 2 people which I thought was very professional, until I saw my nails at the end of the appointment. Before painting the nails they were very cute , but then he painted them white and a few hours after the appointment, the colour had faded off the nails. Another thing i would like to add is how 2 of the nails have been oddly angled on my finger, with the other being in pain. Overall it was a bad experience and overpriced for something so simple.

Came in for a pedi and mani. Both were done to such a poor standard and I got charged nearly £60 for the pleasure. Will not be returning and feel completely ripped off.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and recently they have a new older man working at the shop. Unfortunately I got him doing my nails last week and I am very unhappy with my experience. All my nail shapes are uneven and it was even worse before I pointed it out to him. My index finger nails were so long in comparison to my middle finger nails. There are some nails that are even wider than others and he rounded the edges when I never asked him to. He was getting annoyed at me for pointing the unevenness out so I gave up and still have uneven nails. Additionally, all my cuticles have been bleeding as he cut them too much and they have been in pain this whole week. Very upset that they have let this person work at their salon.

Awful service. Went in and got seated straight away only for them to take two and a half hours to fully finish my acrylics. The women and men are very rude and left my nails stinging and two broke after a day. When I went back to tell them after 1 day of them being done they wanted to charge me £3 for each nail to re-fix them. I will never be returning.

I thought they were a descent store compared to the rest on the high street, as said in the other comments; none of the employees know English well and they are not friendly. Today was an extremely uncomfortable experience as the moment I walked in, 2 mins later they asked me to leave as my 4 year old son got a glass of water and then used the remaining to water the plants, they could have told me as I didn’t see cause I was sitting. Yes children shouldn’t go to places like this but when you need to you just need to. I will never go back as I have taken many friends and family their advising them they are clean but even if they gave me £50,000 today I will not.

Decent massage chair, shame about my Pedicure!

My toe nails were not cut/filed down neatly and were not straight or smooth before nail polish was applied.

Finishing regarding the painting of my toe nails was not carried out to a good standard as there were streaks.

The price charged was also expensive compared to other salons in area but as I was a "walk in" customer with no pre-booked appointment, I felt obliged to stay and as I hadn't visited salon before, I thought I would try it.

I felt uncomfortable from start as staff member undertaking my pedicure could not converse in English or understand anything I said.

The whole experience left me very upset and I will not be returning to this salon again.

When I left, I couldn't help thinking that the salon's overall presentation was very nice but due to underqualified staff, no wonder there had no customers.

Not the best experience. Nails come out okay but there’s a lack of attention to detail. They swapped the person to hat wasn’t doing my nails halfway through. The whole process felt very rushed. Probably won’t go again
