Always polite and helpful. Any issues are quickly resolved. Work stations could be a bit cleaner , otherwise a content customer.

My daughter went here to have her nails done to look pretty for her baby shower. The colour was pink through to blue, which on the first nail was incorrect, which my daughter politely pointed out. The man who was doing them was not pleased and consequently cut her cuticles and drilled over her nails until it felt hot. She didn’t comment on her treatment as she really wanted them done. This was awful and hopefully he’ll do this to the wrong person who might not be so nice, fingers crossed.
