Cosmo Nails

Awful experience. I payed £40 for a full set of acrylic nails and all I can say is it was a complete rip off. The nails were lop sided and and different lengths. The polish was bumpy and bubbles appeared just hours after I had them done. They came off within a few days and I am utterly appalled. I contacted the owners and they refused to refund me even after showing them the awful state of my nails. They said they would let me get it done for free instead but there is no way I am going back to such a terrible establishment. After four days all my nails have loosened and I have had to take them off. I am furious that they refuse to give me a refund and I highly suggest that you never get your nails done here, unless you want them to look terrible. It took 1 hr 30 minutes to do such an awful job so not only did they waste my money completely, they also wasted my time. Do not come here!
