Yesterday i went to Katies nail saloon, as soon i reach there the lady was rushing. I ask her if she accept card payments and she said NO. I told her so let me go take the money and come back. She said after. To cut long story short. When i finish doing my manicure and pedicure she said £85. To withdraw the money , was 2 shops down. She ask me to leave my phone. My thousand plus phone to pay just £85. Which i said NO! Why leave my phone as if she cannot trust me i can't trust her either. At same time she left a white lady (yes i am black!) To go take the money without leaving anything. To top up on the injury the ATM charges £1.75 for transaction. I ask her if she wants she can escort me as i will not leave my phone. A staff escort me.Katie is very rude she should stop greadness and let the client take the money first as they dont accept card or bank transfer. Ah!and she did not give me any receipt she knows what she is doing! Avoid this shop. Katie should resign very rude lady!
